Reservation details

Advance reservations are required with a 50% or one-night deposit (whichever is greater). Unlike hotels and resorts, check-in and check-out times are quite flexible in order to help you get the most out of your time in the area and never be rushed. We do, however, ask that arrival times be communicated and updated if necessary so we can plan our own day and be ready and waiting for you.

We are a completely non-smoking establishment (smoking allowed outdoors).

Our Bed & Breakfast is suitable for adults only. Pets cannot be accommodated as a courtesy to other guests who may have allergy concerns.

Our rooms, although spacious, accommodate two guests only. There is no capacity for cots or extra beds at our B&B.

We gladly accept one-night reservations, but strongly encourage you to spend at least two nights with us to enjoy all the beauty and attractions of St. Andrews by-the-Sea.

Regular Rates: Nightly $269 per room, including a full hot breakfast. Low-season rates are available, please enquire.

Payable in Canadian funds. All major credit cards, debit and cash accepted.

Harmonized Sales Tax of 15% and Tourism Accommodation Levy of 3.5% will be added.

How to Book a Room: It’s always the lowest guaranteed rate to book directly with us by contacting us at stay@thenewbrunswick.com or by filling in the form below. Third-party booking platforms will always add extra fees which in turn increases the price for you.

“Why can’t I book my room online right now? Well, because an online calendar might show we are full and with a little back-and-forth we might be able to juggle things to fit you in! And we like to learn just a little bit about our guests so we can make sure your stay is absolutely perfect and catered to your specific needs. No software can do that for us. The form below is a reservation inquiry only - your reservation is not confirmed until you hear from us directly with final confirmation via email. We always respond within 24 hours, so check your junk or spam folders if you don’t see something from us.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation made directly with us, we require notification at least 21 days prior to the arrival date or you will be charged for the full amount of your stay. We will make every effort to re-book rooms cancelled within this time and a full refund will be offered if we are successful. Stays shortened after arrival are subject to the same cancellation policies. Due to the non-refundable fees charged by the credit card company, a $15 service fee per night, per room will be deducted from all refunds for cancelled reservations.

If you choose to use a third-party booking platform to reserve (such as Expedia.com or Booking.com), the cancellation policies may be different. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must do so through the website you used for making your reservation.

Last-minute room cancellations put a small establishment such as ours in a very difficult position. With only three rooms, you have reserved at least 33 percent of our total capacity in a very short season and we will turn away many other enquiring guests in the time between your reservation and your arrival. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
